This combination of specialty salts has been giving our favorite meals extra flair lately. If you haven’t already delved into salts such as Cyprus Black (and White) sea salt flakes, Hawaiian Red Alaea sea salt, Dark Pink Himalayan salt, or Fleur de Sel (sel gris), you really should seek out some and try it.

    Miriam I am going to buy some and try it..I always hear of Fleur del sel in recipes.
